I can help you achieve mental wellness through a strength-based perspective, combined with finding healthy coping mechanisms.
I incorporate methods such as motivational interviewing, empathetic listening, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. Additionally, I come from a trauma-focused background and can help you work through traumatic life events, transitions, depression, anxiety, and chronic illness as we work to achieve wellness.
