Therapy can help us to tap into our potential and can be a path to living more meaningful and fulfilling lives. Whether you are going through a major life transition, experiencing grief or need a safe place to talk, therapy can be for everyone.  As a client, it is important to have a good relationship with a therapist that you feel comfortable with and connected to.  I offer a space of non-judgmental support to explore and work towards the type of person you want to become.

I offer a strength-based, person-centered approach to therapy.  Most recently, I provided home-based parent-infant support and intervention.  I have substantial experience in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and I incorporate Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and coping skills throughout my practice.
